We offer a deep cleaning plan that can be tailored to meet your specific requirements, this can include carpets if necessary.

We can issue you with a document stating that the property has been professionally cleaned. If your estate agent or landlord is not happy, please let us know within 48 hours and we will come back and redo it free of charge. However it is highly unlikely that this situation would arise, as our dedicated end-of-tenancy cleaning team know what they are doing.

Bedrooms, living rooms, other living areas

  • Remove cobwebs, ensuring tops of doors and any furniture are dust free
  • Cleaning doors and frames
  • Dust radiators/heaters and wipe down any finger marks
  • Clean light switches and plug sockets
  • Clean light fittings/lampshades
  • Sweep and mop or vacuum floors including the edges
  • Clean inside of the windows and sills
  • Dust/wipe, skirting boards, remove scuff marks from walls and skirting boards where possible
  • Clean stairs, skirtings and banisters
  • Tidy room appearance
  • Dust and polish furniture, shelves, pictures
  • Clean inside (if emptied) and outside wardrobes, cupboards and drawers
  • Clean behind/under movable furniture
  • Wipe down all glass surfaces with the appropriate cleaning product

Unless otherwise agreed, the standard end-of-tenancy cleaning service does not include the cleaning of walls, ceilings, curtains, balconies, patios, exterior windows or upholstery. Neither does it include washing up or laundering. Should any of these additional services be required, we will be happy to quote for them separately. It is a condition of end-of-tenancy cleaning that the property must be vacated. We can produce an individual end-of-tenancy service solution to suit your specific requirements.
